They come in two sizes, get the one that fits in the sleeve from the
original bushing.  You then just push out the rubber and slide the new one
in.  Five minute job on the car.

Pro:  1.Easy installation if you leave the steel sleeve in the center
link/drag link/whatever you call it.

      2. Never having to replace it again. Well, so far....

Con:  I have not experienced it, but many say the steering does not return
to center as easily.
