<VV> Parking Brake Cable question - work inside the car ?

Charlie the reason Clark's doesn't include the nuts on the brake cables any 
more is because people like you used to bitch about that too.
They complained about paying the extra money so Clark's listed the nuts in 
the catalog right by the brake cables for anyone to see.
