Engine -- nothing that is not already in the oil I choose -- "Choose 
wisely."
               Brad Penn Break-In oil for new engines
               EOS is still  the preferred cam assembly lube. 

Rubberish stuff -- the new "Natual Finish" Armor-All

Spray penetrating oil -- MMO & acetone  (never used Kroil -- it's not on 
the retail shelf here)

O-ring assembly lube -- STP

Brake Cylinders & Calipers -- Hydraulic Brake Assembly Lube, the 
silicone stuff, not backing plate grease (Lubriplate 101)

Limited Slip Differentials -- International part #(it's on an old empty 
bottle in the shop)

Bicycle grease - BullShot

Bassoon - stick parrafin for the joints

Fishing pole sockets & ferrules -- Door-Ease

Firearms -- Tri-Flow

Fence Posts -- diesel & copper naphate ('cause the good stuff is illegal)

and, I have a jug of some radical ex-military stuff that didn't get to 
the disposal site that is supposed to be 80 times better than 3-in1 Oil

I suppose I've forgotten several things, but ...

most everything else on the market simply lines the pockets of the 
seller at your expense, esp Lucas products, although I do have several 
cans of the old red STP oil treatment on hand for extra ZDDP, if the oil 
market goes to heck again, but I'd rather not need to use it.
