<VV> Another carb adjust question - Choke measurement

I've updated the carb page for reference :

My current question is : Where is the .180" to .195" measured in Adjust
Vacuum Diaphragm Figure 13 (page 6-7) ?

I will get Bob Helt's carburetor book for future use, but I want to work on
this before I could get the book.

Thanks for you help - I've never done a carb before (other than installing
carbs bought 'rebuilt' at meets) !
