<VV> Engine Rebuild

All,
 I was contacted the other day by someone locally that is looking to have his '66  140 totally rebuilt-New pistons, Jugs, Deep Valve seats, the whole works. He would consider buying an engine that has already been done but would prefer to keep the Original. Who out there can do such a thing or does anyone have any recommendations ?
