<VV> Low mileage corvairs

I currently own a 63 coupe with just under 29,000 original miles. I am the third owner, the second owner never drove the car. It had no brakes when he bought it and it still had none when I bought it. I have a copy of the original new car order from a local dealer that is still in business. Have a copy of the original title and the broadcast sheet. The car had 27,881 miles when I bought it 3 years ago.
