Yes Andy, but now you aren't clueless, because Harry gave you a clue! Take
something indelible, like a permanent marker, clean off one of the teeth on
the ring and one on the pinion and mark them, them rotate the pinion one
turn, counting the teeth until you get back to the marked tooth (don't count
the marked tooth twice!), Then turn the pinion back a turn until the
marked ring gear tooth is visible. Start counting the ring teeth while you turn
the pinion (Best guess, it will be 3 and a half turns or so) Again don't
double count the marked tooth. There is your data, 9 and 32 sounds logical.
