<VV> Question

I was under the impression (illusion)b this was for the gas heater option. Though it may not have been available in '64 maybe they had these fuse boxes leftover from earlier production. Yes, you can (IMO) use this slot for other things. I use it for my stereo. Is the "glove box light" supposed to be hot all the time or is it a switched on accessory?
