Actually the plate is a regular issued plate. You just pay the $500 a 
year fee. You could probably get personalized plates with the fee paid!

I wonder if UNINSRD  is taken?

I'm sure some Virginia Corvairs have been running uninsured plates 
sometime is their past. Especially when they were 10 year old used cars.
