Per my 61 manual, the volume of fuel while cranking should be 1 pint in 40 seconds or less. Pump pressure (gauge on carb fuel line disconnected from carb, carb bowls full) should be 4-5 lbs. and constant between idle and 1000 RPM. Greg Dearborn, MI
