<VV> 1941 Chrysler Thunderbolt - turning radius ?

Even if the skirts on the 1941 Chrysler Thunderbolt did turn with the
wheels, they cover most of the wheel so this car must have a turning radius
of several city blocks ?   

It is pretty advanced for 1941, and reminds me of Craig Breedlove's
Bonneville Salt Flats cars that are not designed to turn !

Sleek though, but not designed for the road ?
