Bill,

All the advice you have gotten is good IHMO. It could be any of those, or a 
combination. Visually inspect the suspension for any bushing that is loose 
or excessively worn. look for broken welds..these all cause the symptoms you 
are citing.  Sometime sit is a little hting htat is hard to find, so start 
with easy stuff. Visual check, lube moving brake adjusting parts, make sure 
it all works and try to make it work evenly. VCheck your brake hoses. Those 
items should do it, then repplace bushings. Replace the sway bar bushings. 
Then get hte back nut off hte control rod - brake reaction rod - castor 
control rod and remove to replace bushings. Yes, you may have toheat back 
nut. Do clean threads as well as you can with a wire brush and spray Kroil 
or PB Blaster  or something to help loosen that rear nut up. The front ones 
are often very hard to remove and re-use.
