<VV> URGENT HELP REQUEST

Hi everyone, Can anyone help me with a potential problem that  I have with a recent eBay purchase from a Corvair owner in Portaland Oregon. In summary here's the position I am in: 1/  Last Sunday evening December 11, 2011
I purchased an NOS 1965-66 Chevrolet compass from a Mr. Duanne Luckow of Portland Oregon via eBay. First thing the next morning morning I airmailed my payment in the form of an International Bank Draft to the address Duanne provided on his ebay invoice. 2/ Thursday morning December 15, 2011
I started to become concerned as my repeated emails to Duanne Lucklow were not being answered. A white pages search reveals a phone number but this phone number has been disconnected. I have since managed to contact Duane Lucklows mother and as I understand it she is trying to contact her son but tells me that he not long lives at the address that was noted on the eBay invoice and that I have mailed my payment to. My concern is that my letter and payment could be
a) Sitting at the front door of the empty house b) Maybe at a local Post Office unclaimed
c) May eentually be returned ‘Not Known at this address’
d) Or worse may have been cashed by someone else.
If anyone knows Duanne Luckow, can get a meassage to him or give a contact phone number or email then please let me know asap. Hope someone can help me with the above?
