<VV> 61 build date?

61 Corvair with a build date of 19B has me confused as there are only 12
months in a year, any insight? Engine is T0831Y, aug 31 80hp man trans. I'm
thinking th 19 should be a 9 for sept.?

Also, does anyone have access to 61 acc codes?
