Hi Ray,

Email Rick Norris and get him to send you his garage pictures and drawings 
for a well-done shop.

Relative to the spraying, think shower curtain. Install a 2x4 with some type 
of sliding slotted channel or rail that you can fasten hangars to. Get hvy 
duty, thick plastic sheeting, drop cloths (not too thick). Double it or 
triple it over on top to make a seam like the top of curtains where the rod 
goes thru. Go to Harbor Freight and get cheap grommets and tool for 
installation. Push plastic curtain to the corners and tie off when not in 
use.
