<VV> tire size choices

No, it's not Hankook, it's  DOT BJ which is: Jiangsu Hanta Tire Radial 
Plant.  The tire is 420 AB M&S and in good balance but I haven't tried them 
on the road yet.  Yes, they are blackwalls only.
