<VV> Hazard Lights on 67 Monza Convertible

The one on the pigtail - in a clip - is the "normal" one for a car without 
(and apparently with) the flasher unit.

On my 67, one flasher is plugged into the fuse block and the other is on a
"pigtail". There is a clip under the dashboard which holds that second one 
up
away from your feet (well, shins-actually).

TAKE ANOTHER LOOK. There is indeed a hazard flasher shown in the diagram.
it's in the upper LH corner above the fuse box.
