<VV> Harmonic Damper(Not balancer)

If I remember my physics studies correctly, the 6th harmonic is  
considerably weaker than harmonics of lower order. If I have it wrong, please  put any 
correction or discussion of "orders of harmonics" on this list.

Yes, but please note that the author, Bob Benzinger, cited that  fact as  
evidence that a harmonic damper was NOT  NEEDED.
