Flywheel bolts come undone with a pop usually, not too hard.
On the other hand, breaking them while reinstalling them is very easy, grade 
9+ or not.  Torque spec is 20-26 lb/ft, and they break at not much more. Try 
it if you don't believe me...GGG. See if you can make 40.
The upside is that they're easy to unscrew after they're broken. BTDT.

Joe - Beaking off one of those bolts is HIGHLY unlikely. They are a
special Grade 9+. The reason they are that odd size and thread is so that
it would be impossible for a mechanic to sub with a lesser grade bolt.
