<VV> Electric clock

AFAIK, the EM clocks were mounted in a separate housing which attached to 
the top (shelf area) of the dash.  I'm not strong on EM knowledge, but I 
think they could be in any EM including FCs.  I suspect that it was a dealer 
install item.
