I used an impact wrench with heavy duty bits on mine.  As I recall, one on a 
rear door got chewed up and I cut a slot in it with a 1/16" rubber cutting 
wheel and got it loose with a big T driver.  Be sure to douse them with a 
good penetrating oil well ahead of time.
