It does take a LOT of force, for a good one. The way you install it is 
to point the car straight ahead BEFORE you tighten the nut.

Speaking of Pitman Arm bushings--how free should the pitman arm rotate 
on the bushing in the center (drag) link.  Jsut put a rebuilt steering 
box in my convert and the steering seems to take a lot of force.

John - Do you know if anyone has ever offered a sealed needle  bearing
replacement for this bushing? I have never seen one. Maybe  something 
out of a
idler arm assembly?
