<VV> possible bargain spotted on craigs list

I would love nothing more than to pursue this myself, but there is no way I could come up with the money for the car plus shipping to the east coast =(.

He is asking $3k for a 66 Corsa Turbo Vert that looks like it might not be junk (at least by my rust belt standards).  If the car is indeed an original turbo car I'd think someone would want to snap it up, I know I would love to (if it isn't droopy).
