<VV> 260 cam

My 280 Isky doesn't like the first minute or two of running below 30 degrees 
either.  I had a 68' 327 with a fairly aggressive cam back in 2000-2003 and 
it hated the cold even worse.... the choke was probably not set properly on 
that car though.
