Have you guys any sources for Brad Penn oil,  it was reported to have all the 
"stuff" we need.

Yes, there is still lots of stuff out there to do the job, you just
have to look. I don't like paying that kind of money, either, and I
use Mobil 1 in my other cars so probably will go that route once my
engine is broke in and add the ZDDP from Clarks. Still ends up costing
about 9 a qt that way, but I change the oil once a year, so its not
the economic hit. Another local Corvair guy, Craig Nicol, just bought
a 55 gal drum of SL oil from Shell, I believe, for his rides.
