So what is my Corvair Corsa convertible? I had Yenko install the Stage I engine mods, ( I guess cam, lifters, headers, glaspaks, spring belt tensioner, and the modified carb vents - I don't know if they re-jeted the carbs) and heavier duty springs. I never thought of getting tags for the car. I can remember the absolute delight pulling out of the dealership with the Stage I motor, but I was shocked at how loud it was inside the car at 60mph.

Sorry - I lightly inquired about it, but I never made any attempt to purchase the car. I would have liked to, but I had just bought YS-025 and the #44 '66 convertible at the time, in addition to owning 5 other Corvairs.

Your right. I like the last 2. But we should be respectful of the owners thoughts. He's the one that put down the cash. I understand that Mike Stillwell tried to buy it at one time. I wish I could bought it. Bob
