<VV> oem or after market addon

While detailing my '63 vert I temporarily removed the under dash Kleenex 
tissue dispenser which is heavily chromed and displays the Chevy emblem. 
This set me to wondering if this was an OEM accessory or an after market 
add on. Harkening back to my young buck years when one of my many 
passions was owning a convertible, this would have been a very  
attractive (and useful) accessory.
