<VV> PG neutral safety switch

As Frank states, join the 2 leads together that originally hooked up to the neutral safety switch. BUT MAKE SURE THE CAR IS IN NEUTRAL FIRST. Bypassing any safety device (even only temporarily) can lead to bad results. Be careful.
