I do. I was born in June of 1941 in Washington, D. C. My Dad worked for 
the GPO(Government Printing office).

Every Parade was almost 100% soldiers in uniform. The first July 4th 
after the War ended was spectacular.

Sky was blotted out by planes flying over. Large artillery pieces firing 
from the Washington monument. Saw
the first jet, a P80.
