 I'd add:

 Clutch cable (or 2)

 At least 1 rear wheel bearing assembly

 Pair of front wheel bearings

 Idler Pulley
 
 Alternator Bearings

 Fan Bearing

 2 U joints, or 1 rebuilt 1/2 shaft.

 Gas tank sender seal.

 2 pair of 1156 and 1157 (rear bulbs)

 Clutch disk

 2 input shaft seal

 Throw-out bearing

 1 each high beam and low beam.
