<VV> Toe adjustment sleeves stuck

There is a special tool (New tools, isn't that what projects are for?) that 
 is designed to drop into the slot in the tube, wrap partially around, and 
pull  the tube loose. That, and plenty of penetrating oil. Good luck. -  Seth
