<VV> FC wheels

My 1961 Bell Corvan was all Bell Green (olive drab) including the wheels as
far as I can remember, it still had the ladder racks and all the interior
shelves, bought it in 1968

Kent's post that FC wheels are painted black except on Briers and two-tones
seems correct with what I have read.But is the entire wheel (front&back)
black?I think at one time I  looked at a FC at a convention and the inside
of the wheel was gray.Correct or not?I'm getting ready to sandblast my
wheels for my '62 Bell phone van and want to paint them correctly.I'm pretty
sure wheels on fleet trucks were black,at least on the outside.Ed
