<VV> Temp gauge terminals

A year ago, or so, I got a head temp gauge, from a well known Corvair vendor, to complete an Spyder dash, planned to instal on the Rampside. Today, after several trials, couldn't get it working. It came with the right lens (200-400-600ºF) but, when comparedwith the one on the Bluebrier Spyder dash, the terminals are different. On the first one the terminals are positioned like on an "L" (like on the fuel gauge) while on the second one, the terminals are positioned like on a "T".Checked on the parts catalog and it shows only one temp gauge for all 62-64 Spyders.What do you think about ?
