<VV> Diffrence: 69 doors

Aluminum hinges on 65-66 bolted on door and on pillar. Later ones have steel 
hinges welded to door and bolted to pillar. I have not looked to see if bolt 
holes match on pillars. They do not fit to mix and match. Been way too much 
hassle to try and adapt. Cheaper and easier to find doors or car with doors. 
Michael says difficult. Ken says so too. I agree.
