I may have been singularly responsible for manmade global warming <GGG>.  I
found out in the early 70s that of can of R12 could cool one can of beer.  I
was under aged and didn't have refrigeration for my beer, but my boss didn't
miss a can or two of R12 once in a while!

 I think it's OK to sell it. What you can't do is vent it, dispose of it
yourself, reprocess it, etc.
