Fellas,
 
You build these 3.1-liter engines from a kit? I've never heard of that. Is the kit maker still in business?

Hi Bob,
That is awesome!   I hope it runs as well when all is done.   Sounds 
great.   All that reminds me that I have a Sallih cylinder big bore 
engine to finish assembly of, which is destined for the Devin C.   Ray 
Sedman did the flow bench work on the cylinder heads and designed the 
cam.   He guessed it should put out something north of 200 hp.    I 
really should get to work on that.  I also have a 3.1 big bore engine 
"kit" that only needs "some assembly".   Too much fun stuff to work on 
and too little time to do everything I would like to.    It seems that 
the Ultravan got in the way for the last, oh, three years!
