<VV> latest 60

Somewhere in '60 - (late August - early September) - GM began building the '61 
model.  So, not all Corvairs built during the 1960 calendar year are 1960 
models.  This is true for most all manufacturers.

Keep in mind that the first '60 models were sold in October 1959.  

Does this nswer the question or did I misunderstand it?
