<VV> Renew membership?

Ed, I have a legitimate membership. Not sure why it's bouncing. So, send me the instructions, and I shall re-up.

The rest of the email had instructions on renewing my membership.
I tried to follow the instructions and got another bounce message.

Is this legit?
