<VV> Powerglide Shifting Issues (getting better)

I too am leery of tuneups in a can, BUT, I've used Seafoam Trans Tune to get
a 4T60 GM to work at all. Sat there in DRIVE like it was in neutral. Pulling
a 4T60 isn't easy, so I tried Seafoam. Worked like a champ. For many miles.
Most of these liquids soften stiff seals and clean varnish from sticking
valves. No harm in that.

Frankly, I'm skeptical of "trans in a can" and suspect that not too far down

the road things will go wrong and you will then discover that the magic
potion has now made the tranny unrepairable. If it bought you a little time

and that is all you were looking for, well - so be it.

Later, JR
