<VV> 1960 vair horn slots ?

I assume you mean these slots in the attached photo. I've seen some 
1960's that don't have them. I know that Jason Cesana's 1960 (second 
photo) is an early 60 and his lacks the slots. Perhaps your 60 is an 
early 60? I'm no caveman, so I don't really know.
