<VV> horn slots shown in 61 shop manual

I'm thinking that Chevy did not bother to change out the printing photos as
in their opinion it was not that important. Just a guess. Plus it might cost
money to change it!

 now that i have a 60 shop manual for my vair. maroon in color  i have a 61
CORVAIR and CORVAIR 95  shop manual. green in color   looking thru it i
noticed that in the body section it still........shows the horn slots...... 
S&M 34  bottom right corner on front cover.  is this chevy being cheap at
reproducing thier manuals or what.    whaddya think    trey in barely snowy
