<VV> Oil Cap

With all the talk about Oil Caps, I fixed the oil spray problem with the tip in the Teck guide(a baffle at the base of the fill tube) .Engine stays nice and dry. The only problem I've had in the last 10 or so years with this fix is that the gasket drys out.
