I found some original? 140 secondary carbs had the accelerator pump cups nipped and a stronger spring under them for return. SO that is the best way to help with nice smooth return insurance that works well and does not show. just do not go nuts with too strong of a spring. This works good without adding much effort to the pedal. Regards, Tim Colson
