Welcome Bob. Where are you (city and state)? What year and model do you have? Have you joined Corsa or a local club yet? My biggest issue with Corvairs (besides Corvairs) has been the dropping of valve seats. My '63 Rampside has lost a valve seat again (I am sure but have not taken it down yet) and I WILL NOT put it together again without fixing the problem once and for all! The fix for me is to pay a Corvair ONLY professional to build me a set of heads. (Steve Goodman, Ray Sedman, Mike Leveque, are a few that come to mind but there are others).Let us know, keep smiling, and keep the faith.
