<VV> Polarization of a regulator

That's it. This works for  most GM cars, but not all cars since the 
beginning of time. Always check shop manual for other cars.

Note: The regulator does not polarize, the iron in the generator does. 
But, since the operation is performed at the voltage regulator for 
convenience, people think of it as polarizing the regulator.
