I have a '64 here in TX.  It was abandoned a few months ago.  I think it has
IL plates on it but I'll have to check.  I was wondering if anyone might
know who it belongs to?  It has the chrome half headlight covers and the
fenders above the headlights are rusted but the rest of the car seems solid.
I would like to get it back to it's owner if I can find him/her.
