<VV> Differences in Late Model Door Hinges

If you need the hinges to fit and the interior handles to fit in the 
stock locations, you need a 67 door.

65/66 have different hinge mounting areas.

68/69 have different inside handle locations.

One could maybe redrill/modify to fit, but it would not be a drop in 
replacement.
