<VV> direct air heater remove/install help needed

Thanks for the link Joel.  I did remove those two.  I think in addition to
those I removed two more that went forward into the wall beneath the plenum
that goes left and right into the rear of the passenger cabin.   The thing
feels almost free, but won't come down or out.
