Just to confuse the issue, the 1964 fan is exactly the same style as the 65-69 except for the bearing holes. 

Additionally, there are two different styles of earlier fans -the "open center" style seen on 1960-61 and the "vaned center" style for 62-63.  I do not have the exact dates that they changed over from the first style to the 2nd.
