 Egads!!! WHY??? The thing is heavy, not particularly powerful, thirsty, etc. There's a damn good reason why flatheads fell out of favor so quickly!! 

Now, something like the LSx is a FAR better idea...

Heaven knows the old flathead Ford is durable (thousands of hot rods  
proving this out) but with only 3 main bearings?? And with the exhaust port  
running through the head ? Although this can be corrected by swapping the intake 

 and exhaust systems and making an entirely new cam and changing the  
valves.)
